Great beginner’s kit with beautiful quilling flowers at a super price. You can create a total of 90 flowers (10 large + 80 small flowers). One of the techniques used for the paper strips for the flower centers was the crimper.
The flowers can be used for wreaths, pictures, cards, scrapbooking and much more.
