You can also choose your very own Advent calendar gifts! The idea is that every day in December the recipient receives a gift with decorations for the tree, so that the tree becomes more beautiful as Christmas Eve approaches. Note that the decoration is not glued, but hung on the scrolls, so the tree can be used every year.
It’s easy to make this big modular Christmas tree and the filling decoration with squiggles is not difficult either. So everyone can join in! The technique is the same whether you’re creating small, delicate trees for Christmas cards or huge trees for a great Advent calendar.
Please note: the instructions for the module Christmas tree are NOT included – this is just a template where you can see the tree 1:1 and how to place squiggles and decorations.
So, in addition, you will need the instructions: Module Christmas Trees. On the template are a few step-by-step pictures of, for example, the Secret Santa hat for the teddy bear, the Christmas bell and a list of products needed for the 24 little calendar gifts.
Additionally needed: Quilling Pen, Square Module Tools, 2 pcs. Foamboards (A3), 1/6 Measuring Board (A2), paper glue, scissors, pin, 10 mm On Edge Quilling strips in the color Dark Green and 5 mm & 10 mm ordinary Quilling strips in the colors Lime, Dark Green og Christmas Green.
